Industry Specific AI Prospect Caller Training

The AI Prospect Training tool is designed to help new SDRs gain realistic, industry-specific call experience before they begin making live calls to prospects. This training simulates real conversations with AI-generated “prospects” who represent different industries and job titles.

By practicing with these AI prospects, SDRs will:

  • Build confidence using the SalesHive dialer platform

  • Strengthen communication and objection-handling skills

  • Learn how to tailor conversations to different industries and personas

  • Get hands-on experience setting meetings and navigating prospect conversations


Training Goals

  1. Industry-Specific Practice:
    Each list of AI prospects aligns with different client industries (SaaS, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.) so you can get familiar with the tone, terminology, and talking points used in each sector.

  2. Realistic Scenarios:
    You’ll encounter prospects with varying personalities, levels of interest, and common objections—just like in real calls.

  3. Platform Familiarity:
    This training also helps you practice logging in, launching a dial session, and completing calls directly in the SalesHive platform.

How the Training Works


  • Begin your dial session.

    • Each AI prospect has a unique prompt, personality, and industry background.

    • Treat each call like a real outreach—introduce yourself, pitch value, and aim to book a meeting.

  • Review and reflect.

    • Note how each prospect responds.

    • Practice handling objections or rephrasing your pitch.


Next Steps

After completing your AI calls:

  • Share your takeaways with your manager or training lead.

  • Highlight what industries or scenarios felt most challenging.

  • Be prepared to discuss learnings in your next roleplay or coaching session.
